Currently live with The Sports Med Guy, an athletic trainer staffing organization in New Mexico — The Sports Med App's initial operating environment as the platform expands to additional organizations nationwide.
How It Works
At the center of the platform is a single professional profile for every athletic trainer — credentials, certifications, licensure, and work history entered once and reused across every staffing organization they work with. The Sports Med App tracks credential expirations, matches qualified athletic trainers to open events, and automates the coverage, communication, and invoicing that follow.
Each staffing organization operates its own private environment on The Sports Med App's shared infrastructure, keeping full control over its clients, contracts, and compensation while gaining access to a growing, credential-verified network of athletic trainers. The long-term goal is a national marketplace that gives athletic trainers a professional identity that travels with them, and gives staffing organizations the tools to scale without losing what makes their business their own.
